Acceptance of Goods
1. It is essential that the purchaser inspect the goods immediately upon the receipt of goods.
2. The goods shall be deemed acceptable by the purchaser unless the purchaser notify the company of any alledged defects in the products, any damage during transit, failure to meet specifications, unfitness for the purpose for which products were supplied, incorrect or shortage of items supplied.
3. The notification shall occur within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Exchange or Return of Goods
The company may accept the exchange or return of goods subject to the following conditions:
1. The customer shall contact us first to notify intention to return goods.
2. This notification shall occur within 10-days of the invoice date.
3. There should be reasonable grounds for requesting an exchange or return of goods.
4. The goods have not been used, are in its original packaging and have not been damaged or soiled.
5. The goods being returned shall be accompanied by the original invoice.
6. The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods.
Price & GST
The prices in the catalogue are listed without and with GST as indicated. Overseas purchases are GST exclusive. Domestic sales are GST inclusive.
The price of goods may change without notice. However, every effort will be made to ensure that the prices listed on this website are the most current prices.
