TDP Infrared Lamp - Digital Floor Model

The most common conditions treated by TDP lamp are back pain, shoulder pain and arthritis. Unlike conventional infrared lamps, the TDP lamp contains a curing mineral plate. This curing plate, the key component of these TDP lamps, is coated with a proprietary mineral formulation consisting of 33 elements. When the curing plate is heated to a specific temperature, it emits unique bio-spectrum of electromagnetic waves sized 1-25 microns, allowing for maximum absorption by the human body.

TDP Infrared Twin-Head Lamp - Digital Floor Model

The Twin Head design is the latest edition to the "Xian Er" brand of TDP lamps. The two heads operate independently and allows two separate areas or one larger area to be treated simultanoeusly. It's the ultimate infrared therapeutic apparatus.

Replacement Mineral Plate for TDP Lamp

The replacement curing mineral plate is coated with 33 trace elements. When heated the lamp emits far-infrared rays in the 2-50 micrometre range. It has a effective life of 1000-1500 hours (approximately 2-3 years, at 2 hours a day, 5 days a week usage).
 
The replacement curing plates are designed for CQ models (Xian Er brand) made by Sichuan Bashan Instrument Company, the original inventor and maker of TDP lamps. There are three sizes of plates for the four models of CQ lamps.

TDP-MP-01: for CQ12 - 115mm in diameter
TDP-MP-02: for CQ27 & CQ36- 123mm in diameter

Replacement Heating Plate for TDP Lamp

The Replacement Heating Plate for TDP Lamp is suitable for CQ models (Xian Er brand) made by Sichuan Bashan Instrument Company, the original inventor and maker of TDP lamps.
 
There are two models of heating plates. The older style, flat plate (91mm diameter), fits all 4 older models of TDP lamps including the analogue models and the preceding digital models.
 
The new heating plate (101mm in diameter) has an elevated ceramic rim and core area. This new design is to provide more space separation between the heating elements and the mineral plate, resulting in a longer life for the unit. Its suitable only for the 4 new digital models from 2010 onward.

Replacement TDP Lamp Head

The replacement TDP lamp head is suitable for the latest (2010 onwards) digital models of infrared lamps. The CQ series, Xian Er brand, are made by Sichuan Bashan Instrument Company, the original inventor and maker of TDP lamps.
 
The replacement lamp head is a new innovative feature. The new digital unit has a detachble head with a detachable electric plug. Instead of changing the heating plate after a burn out or the mineral plate after its useful life (1000-1500 working hour), one simply replace the entire lamp head in under a minute and without a visit to the elctrician.
 
There are two sizes of TDP lamp heads. The standard size (rim 145mm) is suitable for CQ27, CQ36 and the new CQ12 models. The large jumbo head (rim 198mm) is for CQ29.
