Postage and Delivery
Domestic Parcel Delivery:
Goods are delivered by Standard Parcel Service. The Express Post Service is available on request.
For Standard Parcel Service, there ia a flat delivery fee of $13.20 (inc. GST) to anywhere in Australia.
For Express Post Service we guarantee next working day delivery for orders made by 4pm Monday to Friday, for destinations within the Express Post Network (EPN). To find out if your location falls within the network you may contact the Australia Post (call 13 1318) or click "EPN Info"

International Parcel Delivery:
Welcome to our international customers. Goods can be delivered to anywhere in the world and can arrive at your door in as quick as 2-4 days*. Distance is no longer a barrier for doing busines with us.
There are 3 types of air courier service:
1. Express Courier International: offers delivery within 2 to 4 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.
2. Express Post International: offers delivery within 3 to 7 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.
3. International Air Mail: This is our standard choice unless you indicate otherwise. It is the least expensive and offers delivery within 3 to 10 working days to over 200 countries.

As a guide, a parcel between 2.5 to 3.0 kg by Air Mail is: $37.00AUD to New Zealand, $75.90AUD to Great Britain or $59.70AUD to USA. For Express International Post simply add $5.00AUD to the total. The Express Courier International (fastest delivery) costs are: $59.00AUD for NZ, $89.00AUD for GB and $81.50AUD for USA.
